ABOUT ME!

Aurora Iler is an inspirational, multi-award-winning actor and director based in Sydney, Australia, and Los Angeles, USA. With legal rights to work in the United States, she is building an exciting international career defined by creativity, drive, and originality.
In March 2026, Aurora reached an extraordinary milestone, earning recognition as a Youth Oscar nominee in three categories: Best Director, Best Writer, and Best Commercial Talent—building on her 2024 Youth Oscar win for Best Actress in a Short Film and further cementing her place as a rising force in the industry.
LEGO handpicked Aurora and two other Teen Girls for their “She Built That” campaign, an initiative celebrating innovation and determination. Selected out of the two million teens across Australia and New Zealand, showing that dedication and tenacity can turn even the biggest idea into reality with persistence and passion.
In addition to Aurora's Youth Oscar win in 2024 she earned two Young Entertainer Awards in January 2025 for Best Young Director and Best Young Writer. Whether she is creating her own projects or collaborating with other creatives, Aurora brings a unique voice and vision to every production.
Beyond the screen, Aurora is a captivating and uplifting speaker who inspires young people to pursue their passions—even when it means creating their own path. Her commitment to the industry and community as a whole has been widely recognised, including receiving the NSW One to Watch Award in March 2025 and the Queensland Young Achiever of the Year Award in April 2024 for her meaningful contribution to Community and Family Safety.
Aurora’s achievements also include making history as the Youngest Filmmaker at the Mammoth Film Festival in March 2024, being named Best Up and Coming Actor at the Lady Filmmakers Festival in Beverly Hills in October 2023, winning Best Actress at the SF3 Film Festival in Sydney in November 2022, and taking out the World Monologue Games in November 2022 with a self-written performance against international competition.
Despite her impressive list of accomplishments, Aurora remains grounded, kind, humble and full of humour. She is deeply committed to continuous learning and growth in her chosen fields and happiest when she’s on set, where her passion truly comes to life.
